Insurance and Billing
We operate on a fee-for-service basis and will assist you with submitting claims for reimbursement. To ensure we can provide an accurate benefits analysis, we recommend contacting our office before your appointment with your insurance details. Additionally, we are happy to help you submit insurance claims to your provider.
While we accept all PPO insurance plans, we are in-network with Delta Dental and Cigna Dental.
Financing Options
We currently accept cash, check and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) as forms of payment. We also offer low- and no-interest financing options through the Lending Club system.
